01ข้อมูลที่อยู่บนอุปกรณ์

รายการรายจ่าย งบประมาณ หมวดหมู่ที่สร้างเอง ข้อมูลจดจำร้านค้า และผล OCR จัดเก็บด้วยระบบของ iOS บนอุปกรณ์ของคุณ ไม่มีระบบ Cloud Sync สำหรับข้อมูลเหล่านี้

• รูปสลิปจากกล้อง คลังรูป และ Share Extension ถูกอ่านบนอุปกรณ์
• Share Extension ส่งรูปที่คุณเลือกผ่าน App Group ภายในเครื่อง และลบหลังนำเข้าแอปแล้ว
• การจดรายจ่ายด้วยเสียงแปลงเสียงเป็นข้อความด้วยระบบรู้จำเสียงของ Apple บนอุปกรณ์ แอปไม่บันทึกหรือเก็บไฟล์เสียง และข้อความที่คุณพูดเก็บไว้กับรายการนั้นบนอุปกรณ์เท่านั้น
• Face ID/Touch ID ทำงานผ่านระบบของ Apple แอปไม่ได้รับหรือจัดเก็บข้อมูลชีวมิติ
• การแจ้งเตือนรายวันและการแจ้งเตือนงบประมาณเป็น local notification บนเครื่อง

02ข้อมูลที่ส่งไปยังบริการออนไลน์

แอปใช้ Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Remote Config และบริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึง Google Sign-In หรือ Sign in with Apple เมื่อคุณเลือกใช้ แม้เข้าใช้งานแบบผู้เยี่ยมชม (Guest) แอปก็จะสร้างรหัสผู้ใช้แบบไม่ระบุตัวตน (anonymous Firebase UID) เพื่อใช้ระบบบัญชี

ยอดนับผู้ใช้เก็บเป็นตัวเลขรวมเท่านั้น การส่งต้องเข้าสู่ระบบ Firebase อยู่ (รวมแบบ Guest) แต่ไม่มีการบันทึกว่าบัญชีหรือเครื่องใดเป็นผู้ส่ง เราจึงไม่รู้ว่าใครใช้แอปวันไหน ถ้าส่งไม่ได้เพราะไม่มีอินเทอร์เน็ต ระบบจะส่งภายหลังเอง และแอปยังใช้งานได้ตามปกติ ปิดได้ที่ ตั้งค่า → ความเป็นส่วนตัวและความปลอดภัย → นับผู้ใช้แบบไม่ระบุตัวตน

03การใช้คลังรูปและกล้อง

เมื่อได้รับอนุญาต แอปจะค้นหารูปที่มีลักษณะเป็นสลิปในคลังรูปเพื่อช่วยนำเข้ารายการ ได้แก่ รูปย้อนหลังไม่เกิน 30 วันเมื่อคุณเลือกนำเข้าในครั้งแรก รูปใหม่ที่บันทึกไว้ตั้งแต่ใช้แอปครั้งล่าสุด และรูปของวันนี้เมื่อคุณสั่งค้นหา การอ่านทั้งหมดทำบนอุปกรณ์ ส่วนกล้องใช้เพื่อสแกนสลิปและใบเสร็จเท่านั้น

ตั้งแต่เวอร์ชัน 1.2.0 ถ้าคุณเปิดสวิตช์ลบรูปต้นฉบับในหน้าตรวจสลิป หลังบันทึกรายการแล้วแอปจะขอให้ iOS ลบรูปสลิปที่มาจากคลังรูป iOS ถามยืนยันทุกครั้ง และรูปที่ลบจะอยู่ในอัลบั้ม “ลบล่าสุด” ราว 30 วัน รายการที่บันทึกยังเก็บสำเนารูปไว้ในแอป และเมื่อคุณกด “บันทึกรูป” ที่สลิปของรายการ แอปจะขอสิทธิ์แบบเพิ่มรูปอย่างเดียวเพื่อเพิ่มรูปนั้นกลับเข้าคลังรูป

คุณเปลี่ยนหรือยกเลิกสิทธิ์ Camera, Photos, Microphone, Speech Recognition, Notifications และ Face ID ได้ทุกเมื่อใน Settings ของ iOS

04ผู้ให้บริการและการเปิดเผยข้อมูล

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ไม่ใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อโฆษณา และไม่ติดตามผู้ใช้ข้ามแอปหรือเว็บไซต์ ผู้ให้บริการต่อไปนี้อาจประมวลผลข้อมูลเพื่อให้ฟังก์ชันของแอปทำงานและเพื่อนับผู้ใช้โดยรวม:

• Google Firebase — บัญชี ฐานข้อมูล ที่เก็บรูป Feedback ค่าคอนฟิก ยอดนับผู้ใช้แบบไม่ระบุตัวตน และข้อมูลทางเทคนิค
• Google — Google Sign-In เมื่อคุณเลือกใช้
• Apple — Sign in with Apple และบริการระบบของ iOS

ข้อมูลอาจถูกประมวลผลในประเทศที่ผู้ให้บริการมีระบบอยู่ ภายใต้มาตรการและนโยบายของผู้ให้บริการนั้น

05การเก็บรักษาและการลบ

• ข้อมูลในเครื่องคงอยู่จนกว่าคุณจะลบรายการ ล้างข้อมูล ลบบัญชี หรือลบแอป
• ข้อมูลบัญชีและ Feedback บน Firebase คงอยู่ระหว่างที่บัญชียังใช้งาน หรือเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการจัดการเรื่องที่ส่งมา
• เมื่อลบบัญชีในแอป ระบบจะลบบัญชี Firebase โปรไฟล์ Feedback และรูป Feedback รวมถึงข้อมูลส่วนตัวในเครื่อง
• ยอดนับผู้ใช้เป็นตัวเลขรวมที่ไม่ผูกกับบัญชีใด จึงไม่มีส่วนใดให้ลบเมื่อลบบัญชี
• ผู้ให้บริการอาจเก็บ log หรือสำเนาสำรองบางส่วนตามรอบการเก็บรักษา ข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย หรือกฎหมายของตน

06ทางเลือกและสิทธิ์ของคุณ

• ส่งออกรายการเป็น CSV ได้ที่ ตั้งค่า → ส่งออกข้อมูล หรือลบรายการในเครื่องด้วย ตั้งค่า → ล้างข้อมูลทั้งหมด
• ลบบัญชีถาวรได้ที่ ตั้งค่า → บัญชี → ลบบัญชี
• ปิดการนับผู้ใช้แบบไม่ระบุตัวตนได้ที่ ตั้งค่า → ความเป็นส่วนตัวและความปลอดภัย
• ยกเลิกสิทธิ์ Photos, Camera, Notifications หรือ Face ID ได้ใน Settings ของ iOS
• ขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ หรือใช้สิทธิ์อื่นตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ใช้บังคับ (รวมถึง พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562) ได้ทางอีเมล chatchai@imake.co.th หรือในแอปที่ ตั้งค่า → ช่วยเหลือและแจ้งปัญหา → แจ้งปัญหา

07ความปลอดภัย เด็ก และการเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราใช้กลไกความปลอดภัยของ iOS และ Firebase เพื่อลดความเสี่ยง แต่ไม่มีระบบใดรับประกันความปลอดภัยได้ทั้งหมด แอปไม่ได้ออกแบบมาสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่ตั้งใจเก็บข้อมูลจากเด็ก หากการจัดการข้อมูลเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ เราจะปรับวันที่และเนื้อหาบนหน้านี้ก่อนหรือพร้อมกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงนั้น

01Data kept on your device

Transactions, budgets, custom categories, learned merchant-category choices and OCR results are stored through iOS on your device. JaiJod does not provide cloud synchronization for this financial data.

• Slip images from the camera, your photo library and the Share Extension are read on device.
• The Share Extension passes the images you choose through an on-device App Group and removes them after import.
• Voice entry turns speech into text with Apple’s on-device speech recognition. JaiJod does not record or keep audio; what you said is kept only with that transaction, on your device.
• Face ID/Touch ID is handled by Apple; JaiJod does not receive or store biometric data.
• Daily and budget reminders are local notifications.

02Data sent to online services

JaiJod uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Remote Config and related services, plus Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple when you choose them. Even in Guest mode, the app creates an anonymous Firebase user ID so the account features work.

The usage count is stored only as totals. Sending it requires a Firebase sign-in (Guest included), but nothing records which account or device sent it, so we cannot tell who used the app on which day. Without internet access it is sent later, and the app works as usual. Turn it off at Settings → Privacy & Security → Anonymous Usage Count.

03Camera and photo library

With your permission, JaiJod looks for likely slip images in your photo library to help you import expenses: photos from up to the past 30 days when you first choose to import, new photos saved since you last used the app, and today’s photos when you ask it to check. All of this reading happens on device. The camera is used only to scan slips and receipts.

From version 1.2.0, if you turn on the switch to delete originals in the slip review, JaiJod asks iOS to delete the slips that came from your photo library once their transactions are saved. iOS asks you to confirm every time, and deleted photos stay in Recently Deleted for about 30 days; each saved transaction keeps its own copy of the image. When you tap “Save Image” on a transaction’s slip, JaiJod asks for add-only access to put that image back into your photo library.

The microphone is used only while you log an expense by voice.

You can change or revoke Camera, Photos, Microphone, Speech Recognition, Notifications and Face ID access at any time in iOS Settings.

04Service providers and disclosure

We do not sell personal data, serve advertising, or use data to track people across apps or websites. The following providers may process data to operate app functionality and to count usage overall:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, Feedback image storage, configuration, the anonymous usage count and technical data
• Google — Google Sign-In when you choose it
• Apple — Sign in with Apple and iOS system services

Data may be processed in countries where these providers operate, subject to their safeguards and policies.

05Retention and deletion

• On-device data remains until you delete records, reset data, delete your account or remove the app.
• Firebase account and Feedback data remains while the account is active, or as long as needed to handle a report you submitted.
• Deleting your account in the app deletes your Firebase account, profile, Feedback records and images, and personal data on the device.
• Usage counts are totals tied to no account, so there is nothing of yours in them to delete.
• Providers may keep limited logs or backups under their own security, legal and retention requirements.

06Your choices and rights

• Export your records as CSV at Settings → Export Data, or remove them from the device with Settings → Reset All Data.
• Permanently delete your account at Settings → Account → Delete Account.
• Turn off the anonymous usage count at Settings → Privacy & Security.
• Revoke Photos, Camera, Notifications or Face ID access in iOS Settings.
• To access, correct or delete your data, or exercise other rights under applicable data protection law (including Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562), email chatchai@imake.co.th or use Settings → Help & Feedback → Report Issue in the app.

07Security, children and changes

We use iOS and Firebase security controls to reduce risk, although no system can guarantee absolute security. JaiJod is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If our data practices change materially, we will update this page and its effective date before or when the change takes effect.
